People’s Choice Community Lottery

25 Jul

Dear Parents and Choristers

Please can we ask that the People’s Choice Community Lottery ticket stubs, plus the $20 are returned to us by Week 3 so we can put everyone’s entries in!

Remember you need to be in it to win it and there are some AMAZING prizes up for grabs!!  To make it even better….Young Adelaide Voices get all of the money raised!

Thank you all again for your continued support of your child and of YAV as a community organisation.

Kind regards

Important reminder: Car Park

20 Jun

Dear Parents

Please can we remind you that there is absolutely no parking in the church car park on Wednesday and Thursday rehearsal nights.

This is in the interest of safety for all of our choristers.

Please park on one of the streets around the church grounds.

Kind regards

Community Lottery 2019

6 Jun

Dear Aurora

This evening you will be given a booklet of People’s Choice Community Lottery tickets to sell.  There are 10 tickets per booklet and are to the value of $20 – each ticket being $2 each.

There are some fantastic prizes to be won (if you are not in it you can’t win it!) which include cars, landscaping packages, electrical packages and many, many more.

Best of all 100% of sales money comes to Young Adelaide Voices so this is a fantastic fundraiser for us!!

All you need to do is sell the 10 tickets and return the ticket stubs to the office with your $20 sales money (please fill in stubs correctly).  Ideally we would like money back in before the end of the term (we like to set a challenge every now and then!). Please be mindful that if you lose the booklet – we lose the money.  Pretend it’s gold and treat it as such 🙂

Thank you for your continued support and happy selling!
